Each year, a substantial number of NZEALS members complete research projects into leadership issues. These are often in the form of a Master’s or Doctoral thesis, or a locally-based research project to inform leadership in their institution. In addition to these projects, many members engage in “blue sky thinking” about leadership and education.

This section of the website aims to disseminate member perspectives on leadership issues, and to provide links which enable access to the findings of research projects.  If you have an abstract or short paper that you would like to see published here, please contact Ann Briggs, Jeremy Kedian or Juliette Hayes.
