Margaret Grogan was one of the speakers on the final day of NZEALS 2024. A strong foundation of NZEALS is that we act as a link between educational leadership research and professional practice, and Margaret is asking for our collaboration in this, especially from Leading Lights readers who lead or undertake research in ECE. Whether or not academic journals are part of your normal reading, what would you like to see in a journal section that focuses on ECE? And what sort of projects would you like to see reported - or to take part in?

Please reply to Margaret or her colleague Rocio, as below.

As the Chief Editor of Frontiers in Education, I'd like to follow up with you after the NZEALS conference. We're working on launching a new section in the journal focused on early childhood education and I'd love to hear your thoughts on how this section can serve the community, which projects we should be focusing on, and hopefully discuss potential collaborations.

Please send any ideas or thoughts to our journal manager, Rocio Caverzasi, (rocio.caverzasi@frontiersin.org) and me, (grogan@chapman.edu).

Many thanks,

Margaret
