NZEALS is unique in New Zealand in linking leaders across all sectors of education. This enables us to enjoy inter-sector dialogue and learn from each other; our biennial international conference provides a welcoming face-to-face venue for this activity.

Covid-19 restrictions prevented us from holding our conference in 2020 or 2021, so we found other ways to share insights and support our fellow leaders. In 2020 around 20% of NZEALS members attended our leadership forums, and we already have registrations for 2021.

Our 2021 theme is Being the leader I need with a sub-theme for each term.

Term 1 – March 15th: Knowing the leader I am   [This forum is now fully booked]

Term 2 – May 17th, June 21st: Navigating leadership

Term 3 – August 2nd, September 13th: Lifting our sights

We welcome educational leaders from all sectors across New Zealand to engage in small-group dialogue, sharing and extending our insights into leadership.

Please invite and register your co-leaders, whether they are experienced in leadership or embarking on a new leadership role.

Each online forum starts at 4.30pm and lasts around 50 minutes.
