NZEALS exists to enrich the professional understanding of all educational leaders across all sectors. We’re currently reaching out to middle leaders, centre leaders, APs and DPs, whose access to leadership development may be limited.

This varied cohort of leaders is embedded in our 2022 conference planning. We’re currently offering free membership to middle leaders, so they can join the NZEALS network and register for the conference at member rates.

Every member who pays / has paid for full membership ($150) since January 1st 2021 through to August 31st 2022 is entitled to claim two free one-year memberships for their colleagues. To get our middle leader network started, we are offering free online workshops for new leaders, aspirant leaders, team leaders, middle leaders, APs and DPs (the role list is endless…) who are NZEALS members.
