Jennie Nairn, Associate Principal. A Master’s in Educational Leadership (Waikato) and experience as an educator, have fostered an interest in staff and student learning. Key areas of development with staff are coaching and professional growth conversations to support teacher practise, along with professional development that is school-wide and ongoing, and with students, leadership, development of self-efficacy and student-centred learning.
