Payment Terms & Conditions
Membership terms and conditions Payment of membership subscription is annual, with renewal payment due on the date of joining the Society. Membership subscription entitles members to the benefits described on the NZEALS website. Refunds of annual subscriptions are not normally offered. If in exceptional circumstances a refund is needed, please contact the National Treasurer at accounts@nzeals.org.nz. Members will normally be reminded when their renewal payment is due. If renewal payment is not received within 3 months of the annual due date, the member is deemed to have left the Society, and no further publications will be mailed. Event registration terms and conditions Payment for conferences and other events should be made by the participant or their agent by the date indicated in the registration information. In the event of a conference or other event being cancelled by the organisers, refunds will be paid to the participant or their agent, as appropriate. Refunds of conference fees at the request of the participant are normally available up to one month prior to the event, and thereafter on a sliding scale. Refunds of fees for other events at the request of the participant are normally available up to one week prior to the event. All refunds may be subject to an administration fee.
