Free Workshops For Middle Leaders
NZEALS invites you to attend, free of charge, a short workshop series that offers insights into middle and senior leadership in educational organisations, and creates a platform for your own reading and reflections on leadership.
The workshops will be online via zoom, and will be facilitated by Jay Kedian and Sandra Jenkins, both of whom are experienced leaders and workshop facilitators.
Please note that these workshops are only open to members of NZEALS.
Workshop 2 - 1st March 4.30 – 5.30
During this session we will explore some of the theoretical underpinnings of leadership that are useful in creating a personal leadership platform that supports your leadership activities. How do you perceive leadership? Do you have a preferred leadership style?
Is there a single, most effective leadership style? What part does context play in the way you lead?
Workshop 3 - 8th March 4.30 – 5.30
As a middle leader, what impact can you have on your organisation’s overall leadership activities and performance? Are you simply an administrator? What can you do that will make a difference and perhaps enhance your career prospects?
