A selection of experiences from participants of the NZEALS Conference 2022
The special part of NZEALS 2022 for me was bringing people together. From the start of building the (Covid-cancelled) 2020 programme, through to standing at the welcome desk in September 2022, I knew there were some amazing people out there.
We went to the NZEALS Conference and came home filled with inspiration, ideas and thoughts for reflection, AND with a new Brother printer!
So what did the Forum participants and keynote speakers present to us?
Participants shared about their learning from the conference. They referred to aspects that were affirmed for them and challenges for consideration
Change is often a complex process that often requires complex solutions. It requires the ability to “sift and sort”, to make sense of our shared “why”, “what” “how” and critically “who”.
